PRIVACY STATEMENT DIGITAL SOURCING BV

This is the Privacy Statement of Digital Sourcing BV. In this statement we explain how we process the personal data that we obtain in our contact with you. This statement is part of the privacy policy, with which Digital Sourcing BV complies with the provisions of the AVG (General Personal Data Regulation).

1. Services Digital Sourcing BV
Digital Sourcing supports organizations in purchasing digital technology & IT, varying from individual products or services to the integral outsourcing of complete business processes or capabilities. Digital Sourcing BV works for clients in the profit and non-profit sector.

2. Personal Information Collected

Digital Sourcing processes your personal data if you use our services and / or because you provide them yourself. We do our best to protect your data. Enumeration (exhaustive) of the (type of) personal data processed within Digital Sourcing

These are the purposes for which Digital Sourcing BV can process your personal data:

  • providing our services, including sending emails to evaluate our services and drafting and executing a project agreement (s);

  • general information provision;

  • obligations from legislation and regulations;

  • legitimate interest.

3. Security

We use the so-called SSL / TLS security system for the website and the other online systems that Digital Sourcing uses. This makes the connection secure and you deliver data to us via a secure connection. This technique offers the highest security and is therefore also used by banks, for example, for data security during online banking. You can see that your data is sent encrypted by the symbol of a key or closed lock in the status bar of your browser.

Digital Sourcing BV uses Google G-Suite for e-mail traffic. This is Google's highly secure business environment. In this whitepaper, Google explains its policy.

4. Details of your website visit

We receive data based on your visit to our website. An example of this is how you found our website. We use this information to get a clearer picture of our (potential) customers and candidates. We use this information to improve our website and services to better meet personal preferences.

On the site we also use Google Analytics to analyze the operation of the site and to measure the efficiency of traffic sources. Google can provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or if third parties process the information on behalf of Google. We have no influence on this. Digital Sourcing BV has not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. The information that Google collects is anonymised as much as possible. Your IP address is expressly not provided.

5. Cookies from Digital Sourcing BV

When visiting the Digital Sourcing BV website, we place three types of cookies on your device (such as computer, laptop, iPad or mobile phone): functional (to log in again), analytical (from Google Analytics) and tracking and marketing cookies (LinkedIn).

 

6. Social network cookies

Our website contains links / buttons to promote certain web pages. It concerns social networks such as LinkedIn. These buttons contain codes that come from the social media itself. Cookies are placed with these codes; Digital Sourcing has no influence on this. 7. Method

We use personal data in our well-secured database to provide our services. We include this information if you upload your data to us via the website. You then immediately give explicit permission that we may process your data in our system for our services.

We will then contact you by telephone and / or e-mail for specific assignments or questions. For this data, the conditions for the retention period apply, as described below. In all cases, if you no longer wish us to process your data, we will anonymize it within one month. You therefore always have the right to withdraw the previously given consent. We will then no longer approach you for our services.

8. Process decision-making at Digital Sourcing BV

According to the GDPR, the privacy statement must describe whether any decision-making at Digital Sourcing BV takes place automatically. This is not the case with Digital Sourcing BV.

9. Share with others

Digital Sourcing only provides personal data to third parties if and insofar as this is necessary and only with explicit permission.

The purpose of this is usually: the execution of an agreement (with a client, an intermediary of the client or an employee). All our agreements with clients or intermediary parties of clients state that the other party will handle your personal data with care.

Digital Sourcing BV is located in Europe and that also applies to its clients. In principle, Digital Sourcing BV does not pass on personal data to clients or international organizations outside the European Union.

10. Retention period of personal data

The services of Digital Sourcing BV will hopefully be of long-term interest to you. That is why we keep personal data for 2 years as standard. We will then ask you again for your permission to keep the data. Without this permission, we anonymize your data within a reasonable period of time.

For employees of Digital Sourcing BV, furthermore, as soon as your service with us ends or is terminated, we will continue to store certain data on the basis of the legal retention period. Data that is no longer needed is anonymised in a timely manner. After the legal retention period, all data is anonymised.

11. Retrieving, changing or removing your data

You have the right to request access to, a copy of, correction or deletion of your data. You can also submit a request to request a data export for data that we use with your consent, or state with reasons that you want us to restrict the processing of personal data. Send an e-mail to the e-mail address at the bottom of this Privacy Statement.

To prevent abuse, we ask you to identify yourself. To ensure that the request has been made by you, we ask that you send a copy of your ID with the request. We hereby request that you black out the passport photo and the citizen service number (BSN) in this copy. This is to ensure your privacy. Digital Sourcing BV will process your request as soon as possible, but within 4 weeks.

12. Data Protection Officer

Digital Sourcing BV has voluntarily chosen to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO), according to the GDPR criteria. This DPO checks compliance with the GDPR at Digital Sourcing BV and is the first point of contact for questions from the Dutch Data Protection Authority and third parties.

13. Dutch Data Protection Authority
